Joaquin VThe self check in and check out process was convoluted and inefficient. The process left little reassurance that things were going as expected or that I was doing things properly or not. The Uhaul app is difficult to use and often took me out of the process and made it changing to find my way back. There was no live person on site to assist with any issues. Many of the check in and check out steps had to be repeated because it didn't work the first time. This process is not user friendly for someone who has not done it before. If the customer is expected to put this much time into the check in and check out process the customer should get paid for their time. There should be a significant discount for using self checkin. On the plus side the truck was clean and functioned well and got the job done. This place is okay to use if you are desperate but I would consider other options next time.
David BI would have appreciated it if you had informed me about the rent trailer's policy on refunds for early drop-offs, with a minimum of two days' notice. Consequently, I was invoiced for six days, although I only utilized the trailer for two days. Need make sure inform everyone about it. Also I am deaf and didn't know.
