Don’t give a reservation if you don’t have a truck. It was after hours there was non one there.
John Ethe staff at Bills were outstanding. ran out, did the hookup for me; and on return came out and quickly disconnected and I was on my way.
Joseph CPlease explain pricing more clearly. I wasn’t expecting some of the charges on my bill which may have been imposed by the state, not UHaul. Overall, my husband and I have used Bill’s Service Center in Hackettstown several times and have always been pleased with the customer service by Bob. Thank you 😊
