Back of the Truck was not sweep out. Half empty water bottle was lying on the Passenger side door well.
KURT MNo check-in on arrival; just told to leave trailer in weedy gravel lot. Lot is not secured. Staff left for day as we were dropping trailer. Had to call u-haul back the next day to insure we got credit for returning.
ALAN BManager that originally waited on me took a very long time to even acknowledge me and then even longer to wait on me and I was the only customer in the shop. He seemed very disinterested. I will be renting another trailer in a couple of weeks and will try to find a different location to visit.
