No check-in on arrival; just told to leave trailer in weedy gravel lot. Lot is not secured. Staff left for day as we were dropping trailer. Had to call u-haul back the next day to insure we got credit for returning.
ALAN BManager that originally waited on me took a very long time to even acknowledge me and then even longer to wait on me and I was the only customer in the shop. He seemed very disinterested. I will be renting another trailer in a couple of weeks and will try to find a different location to visit.

DIXIE BHe was very nice but I wasn’t told that my one way was only 40 miles so I went over and got changed more witch I think it was a bit expensive in the beginning I gave 177 dollars but still had to pay additional 12.95 that is a bit much just to drive this thing 45 miles and about a hour
