my only issue was that there was no one there when we dropped off the truck at 3pm. The app wasn't working and we needed assistance so we had to just leave the truck. I called and left a message, the staff was responsive to my questions and made sure the mistaken charges were corrected. They were responsive, courteous, patient and very helpful.

NEAL GWhen and when I was shown the truck, I was strickly informed to make sure that I cleaned and swipe out the truck however when I saw the truck it was very dirty it had broken glass in it as well it was never swept out, I pointed it out to the lady that show me this she couldn't of care less.
