When and when I was shown the truck, I was strickly informed to make sure that I cleaned and swipe out the truck however when I saw the truck it was very dirty it had broken glass in it as well it was never swept out, I pointed it out to the lady that show me this she couldn't of care less.

My whole experience leading up to picking up at this location was ridiculous and wrong. I had my reservation changed three times due to lack of communication from scheduling staff and other locations. I had to call twice in order to find a replacement truck for the same day
Derek Ayou can improve on the communication 2 hours for a live person to help us when the app did not work on the set location and had to change location pick up. The original said was open and they were not to pick up the key to the truck.
Ginnie PI can't recall the ladies name that assisted me, but she was outstanding! Personable, knew the equipment and was just overall awesome! If needed again, know exactly where I will go.
