EDGARDO QBetter condition of trucks (check engine lights came on and off, gas gage never reset after I put gas ) Chip bags in the cab , there was no dolly in the truck had to go back to the yard look for the mechanic and then he gave me a dolly , apparently they don’t keep it in the truck anymore. Have a knowledge of what the U-Haul location hours are (the website said they were opened on Saturday from 10:00am to 6 pm the office section of the business is not opened on Saturday , luckily there was a mechanic who worked on weekends was able to access the system and helped me out. I wasn’t able to get the additional stuff I requested online extra moving flat dolly , appliance dolly , etc because that location is only pick up and drop off as the mechanic explained to me , so I had to make other arrangements to get these stuff . Because of all these inconveniences I ended up getting to where I needed to be an hour later where I have people waiting on me who gets paid by the hour . Just a total inconvenience I think this location should be shut down , they are not ready to represent the company. I had stopped using U-Haul years ago and I guess this was a reminder why I stopped.
