They opened at 9, but no one was there when we arrived at 9:30. No one answered when we called, and it went to voicemail with an already full mailbox. We requested a furniture dolly, a utility dolly, and six blankets. None of those were in the truck.

The owner never came until9:30 1/2 hour late the tail right tail didn’t work we were on a tight time line
Diane BThe staff wasn’t there during posted business hours, so we had to come back a second time. When we turned in the truck, they took the key but never checked the truck in. We received no paperwork at all. I called U-Haul customer service every day for 3 days before the truck was finally officially checked in and our account was cleared.
