Harrisburg U-haul switched my pick-up location from the Harrisburg location to Halifax at the last minute. The Halifax location was closed on Saturday and the U-haul app did not work properly and kept sending me to a location near Philadelphia. The app is a POS. The Harrisburg office is run by a bunch of shysters. I will NEVER use or recommend them again and will pass that on to anyone and everyone I see. The pick-up was an absolute shit show.
David CThey opened at 9, but no one was there when we arrived at 9:30. No one answered when we called, and it went to voicemail with an already full mailbox. We requested a furniture dolly, a utility dolly, and six blankets. None of those were in the truck.

Diane BThe staff wasn’t there during posted business hours, so we had to come back a second time. When we turned in the truck, they took the key but never checked the truck in. We received no paperwork at all. I called U-Haul customer service every day for 3 days before the truck was finally officially checked in and our account was cleared.
