Excellent service, extremely helpful staff!
HEATHER BMade my reservation over a month prior to my rental to pick up in Leesport. I waited for over an hour Saturday morning at Leesport with no one showing up to assist me. I then called customer service, who informed me that Leesport isn't open on the weekends, and I was forced to drive to Hamburg to pick up the truck at another place. Hamburg was very helpful, but very inconvenient for me, having to drive there.
DAVID CThe lady was so helpful, she even started the truck before checking us out to ensure there was no frost in the windshield for us.
