trailers are parked in a very inconvenient location - one side is a large mud hole right in front of the trailer and the other side is on the edge of a very busy road. Backing up to load or unload trailer is a little sketchy. Also, when I dropped the trailer off, I was told to just go drop it under the awning. I asked for help to take the 6x12 dual axle trailer off my truck/hitch and was told that sorry, I cannot leave the desk to help you. Told him my back was bad and he was forced to come out and assist. Frankly, at first I thought he was just kidding me, he acted like it was a major inconvenience.
