Find a place that has decent cellular coverage. It took forever to go thru the pick-up and return process because the location only allowed for 1-2 bars of service. I wasted way too much time waiting for things to upload and move to the next step. Also, I was charged a fuel charge when I brought the vehicle back exactly how I picked it up. There was nothing for me to do but pay it and hope someone reads my comment at checkout and fixes it. Doubtful.

Charles LI found the drop off process sub standard. I did not receive a confirmation that I dropped off the trailer and when I called to inquire with the drop off manager he was rude. I then called Uhaul to confirm drop off. The young lady was nice and confirmed my drop off. She told me she would email me a receipt. Never got it. This was not a good experience.
