Uhaul truck alignment was off, steeering wheel pointing one way, wheels another.
JENAVIEVE KThe drop off process was mostly handled by the app. I only handed them the keys, so I wouldn't read too much into this review. I'm not taking anything away from the location. It's clean and the process was easy. There's just not a lot to dropping off the rental.
MICHAEL SThe pickup at Ace hardware wa awful. They were rude & seemed confused on how to assign the truck. I was about 2hrs late picking it up but should not have to deal we th rude comments about it.
