Worst experience ever. Bad weather caught me in the middle, contacted the customer care, the charged me triple for leaving the trailer in their other proper location. They wanted me to keep driving regardless of the road conditions.

Floor had to be cleaned before leaving but everything else was good. An older employee ( maybe in late 60's ) was very rude but the other employees were very helpful.
