While the truck drove just fine, the air conditioner and fan were both broken. The back of the truck had not swept beforehand, and there was quite a bit of gravel from the last person who used it.

The login process at the pick-up wasn't user-friendly. Some of the procedures could have been verified in the initial order process.
Alex Scashier was alone and busy with customers. so could do little more then take the key at the time of return
DAVID BWhen we went into store to rent U-Haul store worker said there were no uhauls available to rent. I went on app and there was some available while also there were about 5 trucks outside the store
