The cashier at the store was completely unhelpful and kept stalling me. When I asked him for an address close to my home so I could easily return the truck, he refused, saying he didn't know anything and that I should contact the moving company. He gave me only one address, which was very far from where I was going to move my furniture. Not only that, but I told him from the beginning that this was my first time renting a moving truck and I was asking for his help. When he gave me the key, I went to see the truck and inspect it, but I didn't know how to check its information. I went back to him and asked if he could help me, but he said no, he couldn't and couldn't leave the store while someone else was working there. Neither of them offered to help me. Honestly, this was my first experience, and it was the worst I've ever had.
