I was charged for a dolly that I did not receive despite nothing twice throughout the app process that I did not receive it. When I asked the person working at the location he said "we don't have those. You can just cancel it" obviously I can't? When I tried to ask another question he cut me off and told me to call U-Haul because he doesn't work for them. The person working at the convenience store was also on a personal phone call the whole time I was trying to talk to him. The U-Haul phone line had an hour wait!! Absolutely terrible experience.

Very polite staff at this location
Brandy JThe vehicle was dirty and the truck contained garbage and a bicycle clearly left by a homeless person who had slept in it. The person working at the counter kept us waiting at pick up and interrupted the process numerous times to serve people who were checking lottery numbers. When we objected after the 3rd time this happened he said that he had to respect “his customers”. Then he gave us keys to the wrong truck which we didn’t discover until we went to the gas station because the tank was nearly empty. Finally, he overcharged us by about $90 which we are still trying to recover. Utterly pathetic customer service and a very poor reflection on the U-Haul brand. I rent vehicles frequently and will never use U-Haul again.
