We went to the location that we had the booked the truck, the truck that we had booked was not there. We had to go to another location to get another truck. When we went to the other location, it took us over 30 minutes to get a the truck. Our original reservation was not there and had to book another reservation to get the truck. Not impressed with the fact that the truck we want was not available for when we had booked it and it took so long for us to get the 2nd truck. Something that should have taken 15 minutes, took us almost an hour.
