Leonard OI was charged for a dolly that I did not receive despite nothing twice throughout the app process that I did not receive it. When I asked the person working at the location he said "we don't have those. You can just cancel it" obviously I can't? When I tried to ask another question he cut me off and told me to call U-Haul because he doesn't work for them. The person working at the convenience store was also on a personal phone call the whole time I was trying to talk to him. The U-Haul phone line had an hour wait!! Absolutely terrible experience.
