Or there's no business on site and manager who is quite rude to me, followed up with me today and actually hung up on me but when I called the number back it actually went to the old owners of that franchise and they said they haven't dealt with U-Haul in months. So very confusing but I have other huge issues that I'm dealing with with another car so you guys should compensate me on this one because that's what the guy said he was going to do and then he hung up on me like he was my girlfriend or something very Petty. Very unprofessional and I will be posting all of this. That was viral video on social media sites though I'm going to give the vendor the date for the area manager or the VP of marketing or something from main way to get a hold of me first. Because if I don't credit it credited at all the money in every penny then I'm letting everybody know everything that's happened including they're being open cans of booze in my vehicle. Me being forced to have to take a call back. Call back at 4:00 in the morning in -20° winter weather and snowstorm and again he hung up on me. I didn't know we were in mature grade 2 restaurant but he hung up on me. If I had any say I would be going and giving him a couple words from my mouth. He does not deserve to work for your company cuz if I did this to anybody I would be fired and I wouldn't be surprised if my company did bankrupt because I don't know how you guys survived with a culture like this and with styles like what you deal with. Instructions were perfectly clear, only if you were able to provide your location. If not, the instructions did not help or provide any confidence that you were doing the right thing. No one was there to confirm the drop off or answer any calls made to the location.
Christian SThe location is completely wrong. It’s on another street and there’s very little signage. Shout out to the U-Haul rep that helped me find it. He was extremely helpful and nice.

Patrick TI booked the truck 3 weeks ahead to be picked up in Dundas. Get a call day before telling me I have to go to a very unsafe part of downtown Hamilton to pick it up. Parked on a side road, NOT JOHN STREET and a guy in a hoody standing by the truck was the agent for Uhaul. Very shady. A horrible experience. I DO NOT buy the excuse of 1 way rental and only place it is available. All that had to be done was deliver the truck to Dundas as per my reservation. This has happened 2x now. UHAUL needs to fix this! I am writing a review sharing this horrible service so that others do not get trapped into location changes that UHAUL claims as unavoidable. Will never use UHAUL again.
