Sam TService representative had never hooked up a trailer before,admitted to this before I picked up,I hooked up trailer myself after lengthy delay and several phone calls and convenience store customer transactions,had to show them what to take pictures of and what to look for. You need to train your reps better or someone could be hurt or killed…
