Only one person working the front desk and everyone else was hanging out in the garage chatting. Got my vehicle 20 minutes late. And had to deal with edgey person who was ticked they had to leave hanging out in the garage to serve me. Absolutely awful. Need someone actively managing the location or if there is someone the manager needs remedial training on customer service.

I have to say that there was only 1 person working the morning of the Saturday (long weekend) and he knew exactly what he was doing. There was a line up to the door and he was polite, fast, and knowledgeable. Give that guy a raise.

My experience with the Upper Wellington location was excellent. In particular, I'd like to commend Ryan for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He showed that he respected my time and was a pleasure to work with. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the UHaul online reservation system. This was my experience: 1. Reserved online a 26' truck from Upper Wellington. 2. Received the next day a notice (via text and email) that my reservation had been moved to Barton Street - frustrating but understandable. 3. Received the next day a notice (via text and email) that my reservation had been pushed back ten hours and moved yet again (to Centennial). 4. Called in, spoke to Ryan (who was excellent) and he helped me get a (smaller) truck for the correct time block. In the end, it feels like the reservation system is a waste of time since my reservation isn't really reserved and since UHaul can move it from place to place, and even change the time of reservation without any input from me.

When I rented the truck Sunday at 5 PM the gentleman that was helping me did not get into the truck to verify the gas. The gas was not at the point what was on the contract. I took a picture of the gas level that stated half a tank at 5 PM when I brought back the tank on Monday evening I brought it back at one click over half a tank. Not looking to get money back but some kind of card stating I can bring back the truck with a little less gas for next time I rent with U-Haul. Just got off the phone with Ryan the manager and was no help at all. Not happy with uhaul.

There is always a line up of customers waiting to collect equipment at this location on a Saturday morning. PLEASE look at your staffing schedule and compare it to the number of pick-ups on a Saturday. On this occasion there was only one person serving (someone called in sick) but even two staff would not have been sufficient. The wait was 1 hour 14 minutes....Please do the math.

Long queue I wasted more than 2 hour. I came @ 9.00 as my reservations but one worker had to to all things. I am not recomond this location to any body. Costomer time is valuable as workers times.u haul have to think about that. Thanks Asaja

Exterior of vehicle needed a wash. Interior of vehicle was very dusty, drivers seat had a large stain on the bottom cushion and had a bit of a stale smell. No I'm not being picky, yes the vehicle are cheap to rent and the vehicles are not sitting for long between rentals. These or any rental should not be like this under any circumstances. There is no excuse for an interior to have a build up of dust. The exterior of vehicle should be washed after each rental return (weather depending). Finally when you see the seat fabric has a stain on it then why is it not cleaned right away. (yes it was very noticeable) soon as you opened the door. Clerk was very professional and polite.
