It’s not about the location but your system. The app UI and booking system is so bad. There’s never been a time in which I booked a uhaul that it didn’t take an additional 30 mins on site to actually pick up the vehicle. I truly don’t understand why it takes so long. Please get your engineers/designers on this. It’s very discouraging to use

They took over 30 minutes to process my reservation I received confirmation on 24 hours earlier. They could not load my postal code or drivers license from their smart phone. Better tools and training needed
David IMy experience renting the U-Haul van was very good. No issues at all. I did wish to let your company know that the moving service (Misty Co) I booked through the U-Haul website did not show up for the service. I sent them the details as requested at the time of booking. I also called day of. They informed me they would check on the moving status and let me know when they would be arriving. They did not arrive, call me back, or respond to my follow up call. Just wanted to share this feedback as they are listed on your website and did not follow through. Thank you.

Lhawang JWhen I called to arrange drop off, the service representative wanted me to bring the truck to a location 25 minutes away, and in the opposite direction of my return trip, instead of this location, which was close to my destination. Fortunately, I was able to return here. However, I had been told by the dispatcher that returning early would result in a credit (I only had the truck for 3 hours, including having to pick it up 20 minutes away from my intended pick up location), which was not applied.
