It took almost 2 hours of being on the phone with U-HAUL customer dis-service to get the truck key. I was told at the end of this aggravating experience it had something to do with the location not having registered the return of the truck. I lost my load handing help and two hours of my Sunday. Thanks for nothing Mobile Gas (Hamilton) and U-Haul.

Mohamed MFix your app. It is the worst app I've ever used. And if you read the reviews on the App Store, many people agree. There are comments going back years about how bad it is. I spent 45 minutes inputting and re-inputting the same information. There was another person at the location at the same time as me and he had the same problems. He went home and made a reservation on his laptop. I called your 1-800 number and talked to two people. They were excellent to deal with and solved the problem right away.
Ed WIt was the clerk’s first time doing a U-Haul return. Between dealing with the app and support it took 30 minutes to drop off the truck.
