When I called to arrange drop off, the service representative wanted me to bring the truck to a location 25 minutes away, and in the opposite direction of my return trip, instead of this location, which was close to my destination. Fortunately, I was able to return here. However, I had been told by the dispatcher that returning early would result in a credit (I only had the truck for 3 hours, including having to pick it up 20 minutes away from my intended pick up location), which was not applied.
MELISSA BStaff were friendly, equipment well maintained but SOP stuff was terrible the keys and check in system was clunky inconsistent and difficulty to use. I personally had to get on the line with 3 different customer service reps to get my rental started and then spend time troubleshooting while ending the rental. I think I spent about an hour in total navigating the system to start and end the rental

Lixin ZThe drop off location was great and fairly easy. The person was VERY nice, but he didn't know anything about checking out, just that we had to give him the keys. Again, had to call head office.
