Floors of the cab and back were quite dirty. Mobile booking and return process was overly complicated and time-consuming.
Paul HThe location was supposed to open at 10:00 for pickup. But, location didn’t open until 10:20 as staff were late. Also, when dropping off there were no available parking spots to leave the Uhaul in so drop off was difficult. Parking lot is too busy and too small to be a U-Haul location.
LISA HApp is not user friendly.
