Ordered a truck, but when we got there for pick up there was no heat in the truck so we had to down grade to the van. Once I started driving I noticed that the tire sensors said the tires were so we stopped and filled the tires. No change, the low tire light co stay on. Driving on the QEW in a snow storm we noticed the wipers had no fluid. We stopped again and bought fluid but to our surprise the washer fluid pump wasn't working. Horrible experience driving down a highway not being able to see due to someone else negligence! They're so quick to rent these vehicles but negligent about the safety of the ones driving them.
Kelly-Lynn OI ordered a dolly. There was no dolly. It was recommended I cancel and find another truck.
Drew MWhile the check in staff was friendly and helpful, when we arrived the snow had not been cleaned from the windscreen and we had to clear it ourselves, the wipers didn't work properly. Outside of this the service was above average in my opinion.
Schuravi MI filled the gas to the point where I picked the vehicle but on my bill, I was charged $16 for the gas. I would appreciate if you would refund that amount. Other than that, everything was great.
