When we went into store to rent U-Haul store worker said there were no uhauls available to rent. I went on app and there was some available while also there were about 5 trucks outside the store

NATHAN HI have been charged extra for fuel despite filling up to point where I received while picking up
Venkata KNo problem with location, equipment breaking down. After service the advice I got was not to switch the engine off until I return. Which did not allow me to put gas in. Adding extra $26 to my haul bill for something that is out of my control
