Charged me for gas refill when I returned the truck full. Will never use this again and do not recommend. I also used the U-Haul for 3 hours and used 23 miles and got charged $70 very upsetting

They were friendly and helpful but the trailer was not ready for our pick up time. It was buried in snow and needed to be cleaned out and the hitch heated to melt the ice out of it. As our pick up was in the afternoon we expected that the trailer would be ready. We also did not receive the moving pads that we ordered and paid for. If it was not winter we probably would only have the complaint that we were not supplied with the pads. I also called to tell them about the missing pads but did not hear back from them.
