Timothy S.Found the U-Haul app terrible. The app didn't work correctly when I checked out. It asked me to sign in right after signing in. No matter how many times I successfully signed in, it never showed me the prompt to check out. When I returned the truck with 2 miles on the meter, the app assumed the entry of the odometer reading was erronous because the mileage run was too small and never allowed me to proceed in the app.
