The locks were switched so i waited an hour trying to get in horrible then the lock was very rusted. The truck engine light was on.
Elizabeth VVery unorganized. Asked me for my credit card multiple times after I explained that I had already paid for the truck and showed them my receipt . I was told that I couldn’t have a printed copy of my transaction because their printer takes 45 minutes to print. While I was waiting, I was asked multiple times to buy other merchandise in the store that I did not want. It took almost 45 mins to complete the return and be on my way. My daughter goes to college in Hammond and I thought renting a U-Haul would be a time saver but ended up being a pain. We will think I wove before doing this again.
LOUIE KI did not appreciate in having my pick location changed two days before picking up the truck.I has a reservation for over a month. The new location did not have any moving blankets that were also reserved.
