I had to call and be on hold cause the employee after clearly stated of drop off location. They could not bother to write the correct location for drop off. Which made it over the time. And I said I am paying extra cause they messed up not me. And I was over changed. Did I get the info I needed. The vehicle was not safe. Employer was rude. And much more happened. Do not recommend

There were many problems when I went to pick up the u haul, not the fault of royals rentals but of the previous customer, he was very helpful good experience
Justin AThe drop-off experience was very disorganized. I returned the truck the evening before my scheduled drop-off time, but there was no key drop box available to leave the keys. As a result, I had to make another trip the following day. Despite my scheduled return time being 1:00 p.m., I received three phone calls from the location asking me to come back and drop off the keys. When I arrived, there was no one available at the counter to accept them. I ultimately had to walk into the maintenance bay and interrupt an employee just to hand over the keys and complete the return. Overall, this was a very frustrating and poorly organized experience. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul.
