I would like it noted that it was very disappointing that the entire server system on the app was down at the time I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 1:00 p.m. Due to the server failure, the truck was not released to me until approximately 3:00 p.m. This situation significantly reduced the value of the service I paid for, because my booking time had already commenced from 1:00 p.m. despite the delay being caused entirely by the system outage. I spent several hours waiting while the issue was being handled manually, and as a result, I lost about three hours from my reserved booking period. I believe this was unfair and amounted to a loss of paid rental time caused by circumstances outside my control.

Refund some of the cost.....
Clarence nThey charged me a false claim and also insurance even though I asked them to waive it. When I returned the U-Haul they checked and everything was fine but a couple hours later when they sent me the receipt it had a collision and damage on it. When I called them they didn't talk to me at all and asked me to call customer service. Customer service escalated this issue but the location's service was awful. The gentleman at the counter was good though.
