My receipt clearly stated that the charge to my card was $89.79. However, this location charged my card $106.45. no explanation was given for the extra charge. The gas was filled above what was previously in the vehicle. It appears they are trying to rip me off, have to call the bank in the morning to dispute the charge.

TIMOTHY KHands-down, the best service I’ve ever received in any U-Haul experience. When I go to a standard U-Haul location, it takes 30 minutes to get the freaking truck. This place took less than 10 minutes to get the truck, this guy was so competent and friendly. I may never go to another official branded U-Haul location again and simply go to these providers that are helping U-Haul out. This was the best experience I’ve ever had.
