How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe overall experience was different. The location isn't a UHaul-first store. It's a gas station/mini market with one attendant. He did the absolute best to handle both retail and UHaul customers but was a bit of a problem (again, he did a very good job considering). Fortunately, their limited inventory included what I needed and I knew how to set up. Nonetheless, I'm ambivalent on whether I would actually recommend this place or not (didn't want to say "no" in the survey).

Dan CThe truck showed up right at the time I arrived (about 15 minutes after). There was no time to clean it. The location is fine. It is UHaul that sucks. I was forced to used a truck smaller than the one I ordered, and I had to pick it up at an alternate location than the one I requested. It was also only available 4 hours after my requested time. When I schedule something I need it. I need it when I schedule it and I need what I schedule. Telling me days later you are unable to perform fucks me hard.
kenneth rWhen I picked up the truck the inside of the cargo area was filthy. The guy working there happily cleaned it out and was apologetic fortunately. But if I hadn’t looked inside to wrap my head around how much space I had to work with I wouldn’t have noticed it until far away where there was no way to clean it. The ignition key thing was wanky and it was often difficult to get the key to work at all. Took several tries. Other than that it was all adequate.
