How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe self pick up is not very good or smooth to navigate. Much better to talk to the guys at the store counter (it is a UHaul counter too!)
Mateo DThe bed of the truck was not swept out after I asked for 10 blankets and I only got eight. Did not know that until I was ready to return it. There was also rotting bread under the passenger seat.
Megan HThe customer service was really great!
CYNTHIA SThe overall experience was different. The location isn't a UHaul-first store. It's a gas station/mini market with one attendant. He did the absolute best to handle both retail and UHaul customers but was a bit of a problem (again, he did a very good job considering). Fortunately, their limited inventory included what I needed and I knew how to set up. Nonetheless, I'm ambivalent on whether I would actually recommend this place or not (didn't want to say "no" in the survey).
