I didn't notice whether the location was clean or inviting; the experience with Jenn and Rorey was too distracting. (1) Jenn at Royal Mart #108 in Oregon City was unable to listen and seemed overwhelmed by 2 things happening at once. (2) Jenn and Rorey were not apologetic and kind, unlike Jenn and Rorey. They couldn't listen to my full explanation, I guess because they were overwhelmed. They even told me they had other customers, as if I wasn't a customer. There was only one other customer that I could see. (3) When I asked for a printout of the receipt, Jenn & Rorey told me to look at my email on my phone. I explained I don't have email on my phone and I felt uncomfortable leaving the truck there without any proof I had returned it, so that's why I wanted to take pictures. (Although neither of them actually heard my full explanation. I think they were upset that I didn't just take their word for it.) My husband says Rorey told him they were unable to print out Uhaul receipts. Really? (4) Shondell told me it was wrong of Jenn and Rorey to claim it is illegal to take pictures on private property and that Uhaul actually SUGGESTS customers take pictures before leaving. She would talk to their district manager to get them retrained, which I agreed made sense. (I'm not trying to get anybody punished or fired; I just thought Uhaul would want their customers treated better.) (5) Shondell thought it was wrong for Rorey to threaten me and, at the top of his lungs, to angrily tell me to leave. I felt he really wanted to grab my arm and force me to go instantly, so I immediately left because he frightened me. (6) So, I never want to use that drop-off location again. I'd rather drive into the 82nd Avenue place in Portland than have that repeated. I currently wouldn't recommend to anybody that they pick-up or drop-off there. (7) My overall experience with Uhaul was a bit difficult but ABOVE AVERAGE because, even though they had to change my pickup location (truck wasn't returned) less than 2 hrs before my pickup time, they dealt with my irritation (on a very difficult day) quite well, and the guy at the UHaul in Bremerton WA was also tolerant and even made jokes with me. I left with a very strong THANK YOU for his work. (8) So, I'd use Uhaul again, but I would not use the Royal Mart #108 in Oregon City again. Unless, perhaps, their District Manager calls and explains how they plan to handle this situation.

Head light out on passenger side. Wasn’t notified. Maybe not lose the key and call me later looking for it, after I personally handed to the UHaul attendant.
Stacy MMy receipt clearly stated that the charge to my card was $89.79. However, this location charged my card $106.45. no explanation was given for the extra charge. The gas was filled above what was previously in the vehicle. It appears they are trying to rip me off, have to call the bank in the morning to dispute the charge.
AL ARorey was extremely helpful and made this experience the low-key kind of thing I needed while executing a stressful move.
