The sliding door on the truck was damages and wouldn’t open without using the strength of a man which I didn’t have a I was moving by myself. It made a move that should have only taken two days take 3. I could only load from the back of the truck. It was awful. I had to keep making several trips because some items couldn’t be loaded properly with only using the back of the van. When I returned the van the staff checked and confirmed the door was indeed broken. He sprayed it with WD40 but it still wouldn’t open without massive force. He didn’t apologize or anything it was like “yep, it’s broken we’re going to have to have them come and pick it up” I’d rather rent from another company it was a complete waste of my money
