Thelma’s place is a joke ! You go to get your item and they have to call someone to take your payment over the phone which I don’t think is very safe against fraud! Second they are not there when they say they will be and do not turn your item back in for days later and you have to continue to call and make sure it’s done properly and call U-Haul themselves to say I returned that item! They were not there! It’s a mess ! I would avoid at all cost! They don’t need to be U-Haul dealers’
