TROY EThe location I picked was not excepting any trailers so I had to go to another location. They said since it wasn’t the location I picked they would have to charge me a fee. But the lady figure it out and I didn’t get charged.
Richard LYour policy on renting trailers is a SCAM. I was carged for 2 days for a 3 hour trip. The service rep said I could get a refund if returned in one day, then after arrival I was denied the refund. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General over the deceptive and predatory scam that U-haul is running. I am totally disgusted and will probably never use U-Haul again. I am blasting this event all over social media so that others willl know how deceptive U-Haul is.
