Employee was not strong enough to attach trailer, had to wait for someone from another store to come for help. One of the tail lights didn’t work and one of the tires was off balance and made the drive difficult. Assuming she knew about the tail lights when she checked the lights but figured after an hour and no other trailers she was not going to say anything.

TROY EThe location I picked was not excepting any trailers so I had to go to another location. They said since it wasn’t the location I picked they would have to charge me a fee. But the lady figure it out and I didn’t get charged.
