If you state that a size truck is available for rent have it do not call the day before and make me take a larger truck than I need and act like you are doing me a favor. I spent at least $300 more in gas. No one at pick up location to assist me in attacking the car carrier. I dropped off truck 1 day early and called in the return over a week later got a charge for 4 extra days. The 2 numbers for the drop off location said call cannot be completed. Also thetruck was dirty and old blankets on inside
