Well first of all have the keys in the right place and if not open the store at the correct time I lost my customer and my job cause of this
Kristi BThe U-Haul owned property down the street would be my choice. This wasn’t bad if that wasn’t two blocks away.
PHILIP NI did a remote pickup and drop off and it took 30minutes to pick up the keys for the truck. That’s a big chunk when I only had the truck for 6 hrs. Also the climate control did not work to blow air out of the vents.
Spencer BThe truck felt like it has some problems may be with the shocks. Not nearly as smooth as my last uhaul. The lady at that location was very kind.
