When I arrived at the location The truck was severely snowed in, and they did not have any of the additional equipment (furniture pads, hand truck) I had included in my order. Fortunately they were able to eventually plow the snow to free the truck and I was able to move it off the lot. They were very nice about it and I do understand that the snow makes things difficult, however this was a good three days after the storm.

MARIA DThe utility dolly and the pads were missing. A lot of people came in and out of the gas station and the cashier opted to help them. I was surprised at how many people came at 7:30 am to buy lottery tickets, cigarettes, and rolling paper.
Shamuel ANot the fault of the location, but Uhaul had entered the wrong information on my phone reservation which caused the check-in process to be delayed. I lost my phone quote and the discount as well (and will be complaining on the phone in due course).
