Mark was very kind and very supportive.
MIECZYSLAW MMark was excellent. Everything was ready. Not pleased that U-Haul made us go a considerable distance from the location we initially rented it from HolyHill. We rented a storage unit next to the initial rental location so we paid much more for milage even after calling multiple times. Thought U-Haul would comp us for the extra milage for both vehicles.
HENRY PThe owner Mark was very accommodating, and super nice. He had the truck all ready to go and was very time oriented, and above else professional! no improvements needed just keep doing what your doing!
Robert MThe Guy was not there at 8am to pick up the U Haul. The truck was buried in a snow bank and not brushed off. The guy pulled it on the street turn the hazards on and said ok you are good to go. The windshield was completely covered in frost and snow. He went inside while I sat in the truck long enough that I could safely drive. I Would never rent from him again.
