The owner was late to open the location for pick up, and the truck was dirty on the inside. It also needed some maintenance as there is a severe rattling noise from underneath and the vehicle shifted hard. This wasn’t my location I had originally requested to rent a truck from either. The location I requested had 2 of the same sized trucks in the lot but I was told the night before no truck available and why I had to rent from this location.

The hand truck wheels were very loose, sloppy, wobbly and noisy.
Kenneth WEasy to grab a U-Haul to handle what I needed the store employee was fast and efficient when setting up the rental over the phone and the pickup and turn in was just as quick and simple I probably spent 15 total minutes over the 3 interactions and was able to get all of what I needed moved for a reasonable price would recommend and will return next time i am in need of a truck
