Traffic in Wilmington, North Carolina told me one thing but then when picking up the U-Haul from the location I was told something completely different. Improving communication between corporate offices and pick up and drop off locations could definitely be improved, but overall I had a good experience.

I rented because a covered trailer takes most of the work out of moving and no chance of damage to product.

DOMINIQUE BI just feel like the reservation had discounts that were not applied because the cashier didn't see them in the notes. There was rectification for helping ensure I was satisfied.
SHLIS MTrailer shook and vibrated terribly. Tiers out of balance or worse. Made for a very long and difficult ride.
