BRENDA AThe mobile app process was quite bothersome and quite a few steps. I will definitely NOT use the mobile app the next time. I spoke with 2 reps that could not wait to get off the phone with me because as soon as they asked if they could help me with anything else, I hesitates before asking another question and they has hung up, twice. I suggest they let the customer hang up first, just in case there is a last minute question.
