Key wasn't in lock box. Truck was buried behind other uhaul vans so had to cut into rental and help move the other uhaul trucks. Staff were nice, just didn't seem to take the idea of the mobile order I put in seriously prior to my arrival.

My intention was to have a smooth moving experience. Due to the complexity of the Uhaul app half my morning was spent on the phone with Uhaul representative. I feel we were over charged for a service that we did not receive.
