This was not a building where people work inside to talk to. You simply are supposed to drop it off in a vacant lot with a dropbox key and then I am asked to take pictures of the truck inside and out and verify that it’s OK and then send it on through the Internet. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have used U-haul.
