They gave me a very old truck, the equipment and pads that I ordered was not in the truck. I was very disappointed.

Charles LIf I ever rent anything it will not be from U-Haul. Your app is worthless! With the help of my wife on the phone talking to a U-Haul tech rep and me attempting to pickup a truck using your app it took over 1 hour! And the same thing happened when I went to return the truck. The app would kept dropping out and I had 5G cell service with full reception. So it wasn't my phone! And first of all, U-Haul sent me to a location that's 13 miles from my home to pickup a vehicle when there is a location that is only 6 miles away. That's utterly stupid! The only thing that was a positive is the truck was clean and ready to go. Fix your app if you want more positive replies.
Bobby BIt was a remote lot for drop offs. Lot was gravel and mud. Luckily I had the U-Haul app on my smart phone that allowed me to complete my return.
