The app was horrible to use and would not let me upload pictures. We did not get to use the bigger dolly we paid for and had to use the $7 one. It took multiple times of trying to return the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a truck at one location and was sent to a different location that was further. Then charged for extra mileage when i didn’t choose to pick up a truck from that location.
