The location and the folks running it were super helpful, especially when the "mobile checkin " app decided to not work at the truck pics section... they got me going when the app was being relatively frustrating.

Your on line app sucks. I had too call your help line because the page that tried to load couldn’t be found. My first call for help found that the help office was not open and had to wait until seven am. Then it took another 20 minutes with good, patient Help together lock box code. Also when checking out the truck the app said I had 3/4 tank of gas when it was 5/8. The whole experience was annoying. I really expect a better experience and I will look for it.
Larry EThis location was fine. Uhaul changed my reservation from Salem, MA at the last minute. I had to travel 1:30 hours our of my way to this location. Not happy with Uhaul.
