Carmen was poorly trained to handle an early return and actually tried to move me to the side so she could instead deal with new customers. I politely refused and had to help her help me by insisting she simply call her supervisor or u-haul direct to complete the return check in process. Ultimately I was the one on the phone with her agency, transferred multiple times and ultimately giving her the phone back after 20 mins of explaining the situation to the customer reps on the phone. In my opinion, uhaul should be paying me to service my contract as ultimately I had to help the uhaul staff help me. This culminated in finding glaring errors resulting from the poor skills of the agent I rented from. Overall a very poor experience. This is not the U-Haul I remember from the past. I would suggest more training to better prepare staff for how to handle nothing more than an early return.

DANIEL EEverything from the reservation process through drop off and checkout was easy and straightforward. The clerk was also very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience.
