I rented your trucks twice in a months time and it was horrible both times. The 1st time the truck I rented in Lawrence was not there. So much for a guaranteed reservation. They finally found me a truck in Haverhill. The 2nd time I waited for over an hour to pick up the truck only to find that the computer system was down and they couldn't do anything without it. What ever happened to doing paperwork the old fashioned way, with a pen!! I had also reserved furniture pads and a dolly only to be told there was no dolly and I never did get the pads. I will never recommend Uhual to anyone again.

I had a terrible experience. First it started off the owner would not give me the rate I reserved the u-haul at online. He told me there was nothing he could do and if I wanted the rate I needed to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Which I did, and waited for 45 minutes on hold. The agent called him and told him how to give me my reserved rate. Then the computer system went down and he would not rent any truck. He was not helpful and told all of us in line there was nothing to do. The whole experience was over 2 hours before I was able to leave with my truck. I had people waiting to move me and they were delayed because of this mess. The owner at Mike's garage was rude and useless. He looked at me as a bother and did not try to help. Absolutely awful. I would never rent from him again.

Have all trucks full with fuel that way when they are returned it's easier to fill it up rather than try to guess how much to put in so it's the same as when u take it out.

it's a little tricky trying to figure how much gas to put in the truck upon return, wouldn't it be easy for customers to pick up the truck with a full tank and return it with a full tank?

The owner of this establishment, Mike's Garage, was one of the most disrespectful business owners I have encountered in many years. He screamed at customers, laid on the horn of vehicles and tried to charge us for gas when we filled it directly before enterting his parking lot. Will never be back again. Unacceptable. Very very disappointed.

Mikes place manager knows nothing about customer service. He called us at 7am and was yelling at that hour. We had spent the day before moving and were so tired. He was irrational and said he does care who told us to leave keys in car, we should have known better.

Nothing bad happened just slow service. One man show no employees and older owner is trying to run repair shop, gas pump and uHaul business alone. I was there much longer than necessary on pick up and drop off. Will probably use different location next time for this reason. Again, he did nothing wrong just to many things to address at once. not sure if that's the norm but I would gather from what I saw. He's been doing this a long time so the transaction itself is smooth and fast when it happens

Representative was very and treated my service as a hassle. He has horrible customer service skills. Would not have a normal conversation about extra charges that I believe were unfair. I had to speak to his supervisor in order to get my money back. Will never rent u-haul in Haverhill again. May choose to never rent u-haul again, not worth the added stress.

Firstly it took over half an hour to even be attended because there was only one employee doing oil changes and pumping gas for everyone along with trying to get everyone their trucks. They should have more staff on busy days like Saturday's. When I was finally attended I was just given a bunch of papers to sign without any real explanation of what I was signing. He dealt with me in under a minute and I had to figure everything else myself by reading the copy's of the papers he gave me. Then the following morning I get a (way too early) 7am call from the shop saying that I need to go to the shop immediately to return the keys, when the previous day I returned both the truck and the keys! I told him to check again in the drop box for the keys and he gave an excuse of "oh I didn't see them there" and hung up. It was honestly the worst experience I've had with uhaul.

I am not happy with my experience with u-haul due to the fact that i sit with a flat tired for over an hour and after waiting and hour the responding agency's ETA was 49 min, i change the tire my self. My whole schedule had to be cancelled. Thanks u-haul this would be my last time renting equipment from you.

He charged me for 1.5 gals of gas! I clearly pumped gas and I took a picture of the odometer to prove I pump the correct about. Also the driver side windshield wiper did not clear off the rain/ snow. Overall not a good experience.

I reserved my items online,and had ordered a furniture moving equipment the website did not say that it was not avaialable,when I went to get the truck,the equipment was not available.

I rented a 17 foot and he tried to get me to take a 15 foot. He had me sign something that said the tank was 3/4 full, Then another form that said it was 1/4 full. When I noticed it he said it was for a different truck. I believe I was verbally quoted a lower mileage rate than the 99 cents a mile. I thought i was quoted 77 cents but final bill was 99 cents. There was a large glass shard on the floor of the passenger compartment. The truck had 135k miles. My last experience was very positive, this one was not.



It took 35 minutes to get the truck. The gentleman behind the counter had to pump gas and deal with U-Haul customers.
