The truck really needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. There was grass in the dirt all over the floor console had gummy junk and crumbs all over it.

tom bI reserved the 20 ft truck from Johns. On day of pickup, I was informed me and my chauffer would have to drive 5 extra miles to p/u a 20ft truck. Why should we have to expense our time and fuel because U-Haul wouldn't have a 20 ft truck ready for us to p/u at Johns? Johns had a 26 ft truck on site-I rented it-had to pay more$. U-HAUL HAS NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I've warned my friends, beware, this could happen to them. Customer service man at Johns was OK. U-HAUL - provide rentals where reservation made instead of forcing customer additional travel time and fuel expemse because U-HAUL won't!
