BARBARA RThey charge me extra fees for (insurance) that I was not made aware of. I don’t like surprises. I had my own insurance.
RUTHZA RTruck was waiting outside with my name on a sheet in the window -Thank You! The mobile check-in though wouldn;t work without calling the national number - the app decided being there at 0830 was too early for a pickup at 0830?. Thankfully, it was a quick override to clear it up but the app wasn't real clear about what was going on.
