Nothing the experience was great
LAURA WThe ladies were absolutely helpful! Over the phone rental was awesome! I was traveling from Florida and they were patient with me. When I arrived the customer service was A1, again that means the world to people especially when you have so much going on! I really appreciated the fluorescent sign so I knew where my unit was. I needed a bigger one as we were unloading and the ladies didn’t hesitate to find me one near the area so we didn’t have to go far! Brittany was very helpful and I can’t think of the other young lady’s name with the Tatto’s on her arms very pleasant and helpful! She even had carts that we could use. We worked quickly before the rain came. Brittany ran down to put a lock on for me in the rain while I was checking out. I let them know how much I appreciate all their help and them being pleasant!
