U haul in Alfred refused to rent me for 2 days. Cancelled my reservation , and I booked on line For 2 days in Hawkesbury. When we arrived to the location , no truck was available (20 feet . ) There was only a 26 feet . Ihad a conformation number and no truck . Very poor quality service at both locations … refused to rent me the truck at the same price as my reservation for a 20 feet specified # 75066142… … will not recommend this company ever … worst service ever

Shawn SNaeem from the Mobil in Hawkesbury was a pleasure to deal with. He was proffesional and pleasant. I was late bringing the trailer back and there was a client waiting for it. Good guy👍
LARRY MIt took too long to complete the reservation in advance with the agent directly in their outlet. It also took far too long to actually complete the pickup process in the outlet. Otherwise satisfactory rental. Good value.
