It took too long to complete the reservation in advance with the agent directly in their outlet. It also took far too long to actually complete the pickup process in the outlet. Otherwise satisfactory rental. Good value.

Over charged
MANDY-HELEN DMy experience was very good overall. There was one BIG issue though. There is also a very large U-Haul directly across the street, and it appears to be the only one when you arrive using gps. I wasted over an hour then due to this confusion.
