This place went above and beyond to ensure it got a truck for my move. It is a 5 hour drive from my original move place to get to this place. The truck definitely needed to be swept out, the front tires needed to be changed out.

I reserved this unit for Yellowknife and had to drive 10 hours to go pick this up. The agent was FANTASTIC but the organization and the chaos of UHaul is absolutely ridiculous. Yellowknife is a city of 20,000 and we all have to drive 5 hours one way to pick up a Uhaul... I will never rent a uhaul again -- I would rather purchase a trailer myself.
